Etelä-Savo ELY centre awarded Apila Group 182,000 euros from “The Innovation and Skills in Finland 2021–2017” regional and structural policy programme for the project “Alkali and alkaline earth metal recovery from sidestreams – method development”.
The funding is significant for Apila Group, and it helps develop new technology for the recovery of alkali and alkaline earth metals for industrial needs.
The project is co-funded by the European Union and its implementation period is 1 November 2023 – 31 December 2024.
